ไม่สามารถระบุที่นั่งได้ ลูกค้าสามารถไปเลือกเองได้เลยเมื่อไปถึงคาเฟ่ ยกเว้น ในวันที่มีผู้ใช้บริการค่อนข้างมากทางคาเฟ่ขออนุญาตจัดที่นั่งให้ตามความเหมาะสมกับจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการ

โปรดแจ้งจำนวนผู้ที่มาใช้บริการตามจริง เนื่องจากจำเป็นต้องนับจำนวนผู้มาใช้บริการ
โปรดระวังบุตรหลานให้อยู่ในความดูแลของท่านตลอดเวลา (หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางคาเฟ่จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี)

เมื่อจองแล้ว ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิก หรือคืนเงินทุกกรณี ยกเว้นลูกค้ามีเหตุจำเป็นสามารถแจ้งขอเลื่อนการจองได้
ในกรณีที่ประเมินสถานการณ์แล้วว่า ไม่ปลอดภัยส่งผลให้เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อลูกค้า ทางเราของดให้บริการ และขอเลื่อนการให้บริการออกไปโดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
สามารถนำสัตว์เลี้ยง(ขนาดเล็กเท่านั้น)ขึ้นมาบนคาเฟ่ได้ ขอความร่วมมือคุณลูกค้าดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยให้น้องๆอยู่ภายในกระเป๋าหรือBox ไม่รบกวนส่งเสียงดัง และมีค่าบริการสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยงตัวละ 100 บาท

จุดรับตั๋วและลงเรือ

ท่าเรือเร็วที่ 1 (โป๊ะแรกซ้ายมือ)

เรือรอบแรกออก 16:00น. หลังจากนั้นมีเรือออกทุก 30 นาที ทั้งรอบไปและรอบกลับ

จากท่าเรือ-คาเฟ่ ใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 นาที

เรือกลับจากคาเฟ่รอบสุดท้าย จ-พฤ. เวลา 23.00 น. / ศ.-อา. เวลา 24.00 น.

ที่จอดรถเอกชน ราคาคันละ 100-150บาท ลงสะพานเข้าช่องกลางผ่านที่จอดรถอัตโนมัติเลี้ยวไปตามทาง จะเจอป้ายเขียนที่จอดรถอยู่ซ้ายมือ ข้าง 7-11

ส่วนถ้าจะจอดตรงที่จอดรถอัตโนมัติ คิดชั่วโมงละ 30 บาท

ขั้นตอนการจอง

1. ลูกค้าแจ้งวันที่ใช้บริการ ชื่อผู้จองหรือผู้ติดต่อ เบอร์ติดต่อ จำนวนท่าน และความต้องการพิเศษอื่นๆ
2. บริษัทฯเช็คข้อมูลเบื้องต้น
3. หากยังว่าง บริษัทฯจะส่ง SMS แจ้งเลขที่บัญชีและยอดโอนให้ลูกค้า (จะยังไม่ได้ทำการจองจนกว่าลูกค้าจะโอนชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน)
4. หลังจากลูกค้าโอนและโทรแจ้งบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯดำเนินการจอง หากเต็มแล้ว บริษัทฯจะทำการโอนเงินคืนลูกค้า
5. บริษัทฯรอเอกสารยืนยันการจอง
6. เมื่อได้เอกสารยืนยัน บริษัทฯจะส่ง SMS ยืนยันการจองโดยระบุสถานที่วันเวลา ชื่อลูกค้า จำนวนลูกค้า

เงื่อนไขการจอง

1. หากลูกค้าไม่มาขึ้นเรือตามกำหนด จะถือว่าลูกค้ายกเลิกการใช้บริการ
2. ราคานี้เป็นราคาโปรโมชั่น ลูกค้าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนวันเดินทางและ/หรือยกเลิกการใช้บริการและ/หรือลดจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการ(โดยขอเงินคืน)ได้
3. ไม่มีการคืนเงินทุกกรณี

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This ticket is valid only on 27–28 November 2026, according to the date stated on the ticket.

• The ticket includes only the meal specified in the package. Any additional expenses must be paid by the customer.

• Beverages are not included.

• The buffet is available for 4 hours, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If food is left over, the restaurant reserves the right to charge THB 50 per plate.

• Tickets cannot be changed to another date/time or refunded, except when the organizer cancels or postpones the event.

• Guests must show their booking confirmation at the registration counter before entering the event.

• Guests arriving late may miss part of the show and will not be entitled to a refund.

• If the organizer completely cancels the event, a full refund will be provided through the original payment channel.

• If a customer cannot attend, for example due to illness or being unable to travel, no refund will be provided.

• Customers may transfer their ticket to another person by requesting a name change at least 24 hours before the event.

• Outside food and beverages, as well as illegal items, are not allowed in the event area.

• The organizer is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the event.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who behave inappropriately or are heavily intoxicated.

• Purchasing a ticket means that the customer fully accepts all terms and conditions.

• No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

This price includes : squid fishing rod, seafood sauce, wasabi, sashimi making or grilling of fallen ingredients, round-trip speedboat, life jacket, Thai-Seafood Buffet, Live Music

This price does not include : parking fees, food and beverages ordered at the cafe, insurance.

Note :

Seating cannot be reserved in advance. Guests may choose their own seats upon arrival at the café. However, on days with a high number of visitors, the café reserves the right to assign seating based on group size and availability..
Guests may stay at the café until closing time..
Please provide the accurate number of guests in your party, as we are required to maintain a headcount.
Please supervise your children at all times. The café will not be held responsible for any accidents under any circumstances.
Children will not be given fishing rods and are not allowed to use them.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed at the café.
All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. However, in the case of an emergency, guests may request to reschedule their booking..
If we assess that conditions are unsafe and may pose a risk to guests, we reserve the right to postpone services and will inform you in advance.
Small pets are allowed at the café. We kindly ask that you supervise your pets closely, keep them in a carrier or box at all times, ensure they do not make loud noises, and a fee of 100 THB per pet will be applied.

Ticket pick up and boarding point

Speedboat Pier 1 (First Pier on the Left)

The first boat departs at 4:00 PM, and subsequent boats leave every 30 minutes, both for the go and return trips.

The ride from the pier to the café takes approximately 5 minutes.

The last return boat from the café departs at 11:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 12:00 AM (Friday to Sunday).

**Private parking is available for 100–150 THB per vehicle.

To access the parking area, go down the bridge, take the middle lane, and follow the road to see the parking sign on your left, next to 7-11 convenience store.

For automatic parking lot, the charge is 30 THB per hour.

Reservation Process:

Pls. state your function date, your name and mobile phone number, group size, and any other special requests.
Preliminary vacancy check.
The payment-request form will be sent to your mobile phone. Pls. kindly inform us immediately after the payment is completed. Credit card is accepted. Local card and foreign card will be charged 3% and 4.5% respectively.
After the amount is received, the reservation is completed. In case of fully booked, full refund will be made.
After the boat confirms the booking. A confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile phone. You can present the SMS at the registration counter to receive the ticket.

Conditions:

No-show will be considered as a waive.
Since this is a promotional price, the function date cannot be changed or cancelled.
This service is non-refundable.
