กำหนดการ

07.00 น.	ผู้โดยสารทุกท่านพร้อมกันที่ร้านอาหารเจ๋งครัวชายทะเล เพื่อรับประทานอาหารเช้า(ทานบนฝั่ง)
08.00 น.	ลงเรือและเรือออกจากท่าเรือ พร้อมรับฟังข้อมูลเรื่องความปลอดภัย และเรียนรู้เรื่องราวของวาฬบรูด้าจากวิทยากร ออกตามหาวาฬและสัตว์ทะเลหายากตลอดทั้งวัน *ก่อนถึงจุดดูวาฬ คุณลูกค้าสามารถ ถ่ายรูป และพักผ่อนอัธยาศัย ค่ะ
12.00 น.	รับประทานอาหารเที่ยงบนเรือ
15.00-16.00 น.	กลับเข้าฝั่งในเวลาประมาณ 15.00-16.00น.* *เวลากลับจะขึ้นอยู่กับเวลาในการเจอวาฬและสภาวะคลื่นลมของทะเล

ขั้นตอนการจอง

1. ลูกค้าแจ้งวันที่ใช้บริการ ชื่อผู้จองหรือผู้ติดต่อ เบอร์ติดต่อ จำนวนท่าน และความต้องการพิเศษอื่นๆ
2. บริษัทฯเช็คข้อมูลเบื้องต้น
3. หากยังว่าง บริษัทฯจะส่ง SMS แจ้งเลขที่บัญชีและยอดโอนให้ลูกค้า (จะยังไม่ได้ทำการจองจนกว่าลูกค้าจะโอนชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน)
4. หลังจากลูกค้าโอนและโทรแจ้งบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯดำเนินการจอง หากเต็มแล้ว บริษัทฯจะทำการโอนเงินคืนลูกค้า
5. บริษัทฯรอเอกสารยืนยันการจอง
6. เมื่อได้เอกสารยืนยัน บริษัทฯจะส่ง SMS ยืนยันการจองโดยระบุสถานที่วันเวลา ชื่อลูกค้า จำนวนลูกค้า

เงื่อนไขการจอง

1. หากลูกค้าไม่มาขึ้นเรือตามกำหนด จะถือว่าลูกค้ายกเลิกการใช้บริการ

Itinerary

07.00 AM	All passengers gather at Jeng Seaside Kitchen for breakfast (served on land).
08.00 AM	Board the boat and depart from the pier. A safety briefing will be provided, followed by an informative session about Bryde’s whales by our expert guide. Spend the day searching for whales and other rare marine wildlife. Before reaching the whale-watching area, guests are welcome to relax and take photos at their leisure.
12.00 PM	Enjoy lunch on board.
15.00-16.00 PM	Return to shore around 3:00–4:00 PM.* *The return time may vary depending on whale sightings and sea conditions.

Note: Departure and return times may vary by approximately ±1 hour due to natural tidal fluctuations at the river mouth near the pier.

Reservation Process:

1. Pls. state your function date, your name and mobile phone number, group size, and any other special requests.

2. Preliminary vacancy check.

3. The payment-request form will be sent to your mobile phone. Pls. kindly inform us immediately after the payment is completed. Credit card is accepted. Local card and foreign card will be charged 3% and 4.5% respectively.

4. After the amount is received, the reservation is completed. In case of fully booked, full refund will be made.

5. After the boat confirms the booking. A confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile phone. You can present the SMS at the registration counter to receive the ticket.

Conditions:

1. No-show will be considered as a waive.

2. Since this is a promotional price, the function date cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. This service is non-refundable.
